Attorneys Weigt&Malak Company, managed by Chief Executive Officer Attorney Tomasz R. Weigt, has been set up in January 2012.
The Company is delivering law services on the highest level of knowledge, integrity and experience of lawyers employed in.
Before setting up a Company Attorney Tomasz R. Weigt has gained experience in his individual law practice, which began in 1998.
The Company is delivering law services in four languages such as Polish, German, French and English- in full scope, both in constant and accidental service.
Law service delivering by the Company includes in particular:
- Representing clients before the Courts of law, administrative authorities as well as before third persons,
- Representing in enforcement cases,
- Providing legal advices, drafting legal opinions
- Leading the negotiations or participations in them as a legal counsel
- Drafting legal documents for clients
